There are many ways to learn words. Reading, listening, practicing, ... But I usually readings some pages on some foreign website since on that website, they are all foreigners. We can look up the dictionary to find the definition of the word that we don't know. Also, remember to find the definition of the word both in English and Vietnamese. When we understand the definition in English, we can express our thought easier. Imagine you have to explain the meaning in English but you just know the meaning in Vietnamese.
