For a long time in history, natural disasters have coexisted with human society and the consequences caused by them are not inferior to the consequences of war. For example, the terrible double disasters that occurred at 2p.m on March 11, 2011, in Japan caused a 9.0 magnitude Honshu earthquake that started off the coast of Honshu island, causing a tsunami up to 40 meters high to hit the mainland, destroying everything in its path leaving approximately 16000 people dead with about 3,000 still missing or presumed dead and over 6,000 injured. Many towns were wiped out from the map. 

And to prepare for and respond to major disasters, the United Nations international council has suggested several ways to prepare for disasters such as: promoting research and application of science and technology in disasters prevention, and must regularly educating to raise people awareness. For example, in some countries such as Japan, on the streets, people can easily see billboards and posters instructing people when sisters come, building museums, steel marking the tsunami level..to educate and raise people's awareness. In some Asian countries like Thailand, VietNam, Indonesia,.. the government has incorporated the environmental education system into the school to help students raise their awareness of environmental protection. Buddhist temples and mosques also have large loudspeakers to broadcast radio and television warnings. But the most important things that people need to know when disasters come are need to calm down, morbidity to find a place to hide, and ways to survive.
