Write a short paragraph (120 -150 words) about measures to improve gender equality in Viet Nam.

Gender equality is a crucial issue which has been paid attention to by many countries in the world including Viet Nam. In my opinion, there are some of the following ways to improve gender equality and give women better chances to develop their ability. Firstly, the importance and roles of women should be propagated to the development of society. Secondly, education system should do more to improve the knowledge of people about women, and to eliminate the prejudice of neglecting women and their value. Thirdly, the government needs to have policies to prioritize women, so that they have better chances to develop their ability, and better conditions contribute more to the society, and to compete equally with men. Finally, more jobs should be made available. When people’s lives are financially improved, women will have more time and better conditions to develop themselves to be equal to men.

Bình đẳng giới tính là một vấn đề quan trọng được nhiều quốc gia trên thế giới quan tâm quan tâm bao gồm ở Việt Nam. Theo ý kiến của em, có một số cách sau để cải thiện sự bình đẳng giới tính, và mang lại cho phụ nữ cơ hội tốt hơn để phát triển khả năng của mình. Thứ nhất là nên đẩy mạnh tuyên truyền về tầm quan trọng và vai trò của phụ nữ đối với sự phát triển của xã hội. Thứ hai là tăng cường giáo dục để tăng sự hiểu biết của người dân, xóa bỏ dần các thành kiến và coi thường phụ nữ và giá trị của họ. Thứ ba là chính phủ cần có chính sách ưu tiên phụ nữ để họ có cơ hội tốt hơn để phát triển khả năng và điều kiện tốt hơn để đóng góp nhiều hơn cho xã hội và cạnh tranh bình đẳng với nam giới. Cuối cùng, cần tạo ra nhiều việc làm hơn. Khi cuộc sống của người dân được nâng cao về mặt kinh tế thì phụ nữ sẽ có nhiều thời gian hơn và điều kiện tốt hơn để phát triển bản thân sao cho ngang bằng với nam giới.
